    • Philip Andrews
      CEO/Creative Director
      Trained in London, Philip's background is in Graphic Design with a strong lean toward results-based tactical guerrilla marketing. Philip emigrated to the U.S. in 1980 to work with various design studios and advertising agencies. Philip formed Philip Andrews Design [PAD] in 2004 and quickly built a significant client list including Hitachi, Sun Microsystems, IBM, AT&T, Infosys and the City of Palo Alto. As creative director and Lead Producer for the front-end portion of the projects we work on, Philip brings over 20 years of online and electronic design experience to HEADSET. As a reference point, Philip designed IBM's first website back when Mosaic was the browser and HTML 1.0 was the standard. Working with information management greats like Norman Cox and Edward Tufte, Philip went on to design the interfaces for IBM’s Ultimedia Tool Series as well as tools and services offered by IBM's Storage Systems division. XeroxPARC asked Philip to help design the front-end for the documents.com offering and also designed the Raptor interface for Infoseek prior to Disney’s purchase.
    • David Andrews
      Director of Strategy
      David has been an experienced business and marketing consultant for over 20 years. He has held CEO and CMO positions and has extensive experience in all facets of high technology, including: marketing, sales, channel-development, partnering, research, product conceptualization and design. David has significant U.S., European and Japanese business experience. He was also the co-founder of InterLingua, the leading Japanese high-tech patent translation and technology publishing company and consummated the first ever agreement between Japan's MITI and a foreign translation/publishing company. The agreement continues to this day. David has had significant experience in turnaround and startup environments He has also handled several turnaround situations for Fortune 100 companies.
    • Mike Nelson
      Director of Technology
      Mike started working in telecom in 1985 and built a career out of designing complex microchips and software applications. His work involved everything from the lowest level phone switching devices to high end routers and processors. In 2004, Mike began designing websites, leveraging his expertise in complex designs and software development. Mike’s engineering background is what differentiates his products and services from other web designers. Mike assumed a technical leadership role in 1998 and has acted as lead, team lead and manager in a variety of positions. His strong leadership skills have resulted in high team output on a consistent basis. Mike has hands on experience with both the hardware and software that make the internet. From servers to switches and the software that runs on them, he has a breadth of knowledge shared by few.

    • Peter Curley
      Peter’s expertise in the the area of marketing financial products and services is second to none. We work closely with Peter to develop powerful communications tools for our hedgefund,  multi-prime and introducing-prime clients. Peter was the product manager for Advent Software's order managment system (OMS), Moxy. While at Advent he oversaw all the product marketing activities for for Advent Software's order management system Moxy. Peter puts a special emphasis on trading and hedge funds and has authored a number of articles and whitepapers on these subjects. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from University College Dublin, a Master's from University of Exeter and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
    • Chris Redlitz
      Chris is a pioneering entrepreneur in the digital media and online advertising space. He has developed new technologies and market strategies specifically as they relate to new digital media models impacting the traditional media and entertainment industry as a whole. Chris has a proven background in designing and leading teams to build new and innovative consumer digital media applications and platforms that fundamentally disrupt and enhance the new media marketplace.
